Sadly I did not get many photos of my stamps, but this is taken on August 17, the day I finished them.
By August 24, I had sculpted my face- this took a while to render out the way I wanted because I experimented with different face shapes and features before finishing with a look I was happy with.
This was a drawing for my slate transfered onto my clay for tracing. This photo was taken on August 31.
Sadly I did not get photos of the clay on its own during my work process, but here is a picture taken September 21, before its first bisque fire with underglaze.
This picture was taken after its first bisque fire on September 21, the sculpture as since been glazed, however it was given as a gift, and I have not had the chance to go back and get a picture since.
This photo was taken on October 19, after it came out of its second fire with glaze. the colors were patch and I am not happy with the result of this piece.
After my slate, for my animal piece I decided to make a wolf. This picture was taken on October 3, after I assembled the different body parts into a standing canine.
This picture was taken on October 12th after I hollowed the piece and refined the details.
This picture was taken on October 24 after it came out of its bisque kiln. I liked how it looked and felt, so I decided not to glaze it or add any additional color.
On November 4th, I spent the day working on my design for my monster sculpture.
Once again, I failed to gather many of the progress photos, but this was taken on December 3rd after I completed the sculpture process.
On December 5th, I covered the piece in underglaze, however I am planning on additionally painting the piece with acrylic.
